Registration rates

Onsite registration includes participation to all scientific sessions, catering during the coffee breaks and lunches, networking activities on Monday afternoon social events, the gala dinner on Monday evening, the registration kit, access to the conference app,  and of course stimulating time with the Computing in Cardiology community. 

A coffee break is included on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning and afternoon. Lunch (including vegan options) is included on Monday (box lunch), Tuesday and Wednesday. Drinks and nibbles are included during the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Tuesday reception. Dinner is included on Monday.

  • One day IN PERSON registration (Sun/Tue/Wed) – US$ 200
  • One day IN PERSON registration (Monday) – US$ 350
  • Guest IN PERSON registration – US$ 160 

          (allows guests to attend the Monday Social Event and Gala Dinner, not conference itself)

  • REMOTE participation – US$ 375

  (Registrants have access to online oral sessions and posters, with the possibility of participating to Q&A)

 

Late registration (from Aug 1, 2025)

    • One day IN PERSON registration (Sun/Tue/Wed) – US$ 200
    • One day IN PERSON registration (Monday) – US$ 350
    • Guest IN PERSON registration – US$ 160

New this year

In order to encourage participation from Latin American researchers, two new reduced fee registrations are proposed:

  • Reduced fee registration IN PERSON for Latin American students until July 31 – US$ 125
  • Reduced fee registration IN PERSON for Latin American professionals until July 31 – US$ 500
  • Reduced fee registration IN PERSON for Latin American students after August 1 – US$ 200
  • Reduced fee registration IN PERSON for Latin American professionals after August 1 – US$ 550

 

Only for CinC 2025, students and professionals from Latin America can request a reduced registration fee. A summary of the requirements are present below, please access the CinC webpage (cinc.org ) for all details.  

 

  • Students can apply in two possibilities:

 

  1. To apply for the Rosanna Degani Young Investigator Award (YIA), you must submit a statement signed by your supervisor or department head confirming that:
  • A full 4-page paper and abstract will be submitted by April 15th
  • The candidate meets the eligibility criteria:
  • Is 36 years old or younger
  • Is not a faculty member
  • It is developing the work under the guidance of an advisor
  • Does not have independent research funding
  • The candidate’s specific contribution to the work
  • The supervisor is committed to attending the conference
  • The statement must be issued on the official department letterhead and signed.

  1. You can still guarantee your reduced registration fee if you meet ALL the conditions:
  • Submit a full 4-page article and abstract by April 15
  • Be qualified as a Young Investigator (see above)
  • Be the first author and presenter of the accepted work
  • Participate in person with a senior co-author
