A Special Invitation: Pre-Conference Integrative Reception!
On Saturday 13th, before the conference, an integrative social reception will be held at Ibirapuera Park in São Paulo.
Ibirapuera Park is one of São Paulo’s most iconic landmarks and one of the most important urban parks in Latin America. Inaugurated in 1954 to celebrate the city’s 400th anniversary, the park blends nature, culture, sports, and leisure, making it a must-visit destination.

Time: 14:00 to 17:00
Information for the participants: We will meet near the water fountains, near entrance gate 10 (see map below). The entrance is free. You can take a taxi or rideshare services like ’99’ or ’Uber’ apps to reach the place.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All the registration kits will be picked up at the Centro de Conveçoes Rebouças (CCR). Attendees of the Sunday Symposium, Hackathon, and Workshop on Sunday must arrive, at least, 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance to pick up their kit and then proceed to the venues where the activities will be held to go through security.
The security process will be very rigorous and will take time, as documents and data will be checked against the information provided in the online forms. Participants will receive a QR code by email and must not forget to bring their identification document.
